Welcome to Dutch Mart. These terms govern your use of our website, purchases, and artisan community. By accessing Dutch Mart, you agree to the forge code outlined below.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Dutch Mart website ("Service"), any related applications, or purchasing any handmade products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service or purchase from Dutch Mart. Dutch Mart reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product images, design assets, logos, text, graphics, and the "Dutch Mart" trademark — is the exclusive property of Dutch Mart or our artisan partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without express written consent. Handcrafted designs remain protected under international copyright laws.
Artisans retain ownership of their individual craftsmanship, but grant Dutch Mart a license to display and sell their work through our platform.
3. Products & Forge Policy
Dutch Mart offers unique, handmade goods that may exhibit slight variations from images displayed. Each piece carries its own character — minor irregularities are considered marks of authenticity and not defects. We strive to display accurate colors, but individual monitor settings may affect perception.
Limited editions & drops: Items marked "Limited Forge" are produced in small batches. Once sold out, they may not be restocked.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Payment must be completed at checkout via our secure gateway. By placing an order, you confirm that the provided information is accurate and complete.
Pricing: All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. Dutch Mart may adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
5. Shipping & Damages
We ship worldwide using eco-friendly packaging. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging to initiate a claim.
Dutch Mart is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier disruptions.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale unless defective. To start a return, please email forge@Dutch Mart.com. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Dutch Mart website for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to infringe intellectual property, or to distribute malicious code. Reselling our products without prior authorization is strictly forbidden. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action where applicable.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CARFORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dutch Mart and its owners, artisans, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchased product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
Dutch Mart reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
